I have been going to IHC (when I can afford it, which is rare for me) since 2013. It’s always been hit or miss.
BUT YESTERDAY, omg. I am going to ask for Alyssa every single time from here on out and if she leaves to work somewhere else I will move my business there. She incorporates stretching into the massage and I didn’t even know how much I needed that. I’ve never had that before. It was my absolute favorite. I am five months postpartum and lost my father suddenly in October. So my body is going through a lot stress wise and I have been in a lot of pain. I left there feeling so much

I had a gift card for the ultra service. I decided to gift it to my mom but asked that they just extend the message time and not do any of the spa soak or salt glow. Not only did they call me almost a half hour early to see why I was not there for my appointment because they had the time down wrong, but they also did the salt glow which requires a tub soak to rinse off. They put the candles entirely too close to their spa tub and caught my poor moms hair on fire. She was in shock and didn’t realize how bad it was because she couldn’t see and just wanted to leave. This is the Worst place to ever work at Allen the boss is unstable to run a company or have anybody working for him he drink a lot even on the job and us drugs and need help big time I quite 4 months ago he will not stop text me threathing me down me he try to push his self on you and harassers you a lot don't believe I got text and everything to prove it

I have known the owner, Allen Scales for 17 years now and can say that IHC is a wonderful place to work. Yesterday an employee who used to work there wrote a lot of lies about the owner here on Google. I'm licensed and have liability insurance and have been vaccinated. We regularly steam clean the spa to keep it COVID clean. Please disregard the ugly review. Allen is a good boss and a good person.

I have experienced good service in the past. However I have been calling for the last 2 days and even left a message on the first call yesterday afternoon (5/3/21) and have yet to hear from them. I have called 3 times today and continue to get their voice mail. I have a gift certificate I need to use. I guess I will need to make a trip to the center in person to get an appointment. This may affect my using them in the future.

It was me & my husbands weekend to celebrate our anniversary and I saw this place on yelp and liked the reviews. I must say, this day spa center was worth my money! When we walked in it was clean, the owner was there to greet us and check us in. They had last minute chances, but he stepped in and accommodated us with the young lady that helped with our couples massage. The spa tub was big enough to fit me and my husband, he's 6'4 & I'm 5'5 so I loved that! The massages were great! They took their time and really worked on our bodies for the full amount of time. My husband and I went for a couples massage (just the hour massage). The place is very soothing and relaxing right when you walk in. Our two ladies were Teresa and Trissa (or something like that). They were amazing! The massages were great and the ladies were very nice! Would definitely recommend this place!
