Phyllis and her late husband Harold quickly became aware the beautiful lake nearby had limited access to public boat ramps and no handicap access, The Dargel's contacted North Carolina's wildlife commission about making the lake more accessible to people with disabilities.

We stopped by several of time talking to the owner about a jet ski... She kept telling us she had to get the title before she could sell it. We stayed at a camp ground close by for a week so we stopped by every day checking with her she will say she hasn't got ahold nobody with the title. We had cash in hand and even offered to give a down payment.. and I have been trying to call everyday since I've been home she hasn't answers. My uncle stopped by there today and found out she sold it today before he got there.. He was even thinking about buying a boat from them, but he's not give them his business
