Wash is great. App sucks. Every time I try to use my app, it doesn't work and I have to pay instead of using my credits, very frustrating

I just have to say that management is worth the 5 stars for excellent customer service! It's a little more than I'm used to paying. It's a little intimidating using the online app but I'm hoping I got it down now. I messed up some how and had to pay twice. Grrrrr... sent an email and pics to management asking to be reimbursed for the broken stall or something went wrong... IDK. And I got a reply & a refund ASAP! Thank you and I will be back soon.

For those who have had an issue at the car wash, there's a local number to call and the time I did they were very responsive and took care of the issue.

All in all it's a pretty good car wash at a pretty good value.

Not sure why this place is rated so low - it's pretty standard as far as do-it-yourself car washes go! The air dryer isn't super effective but at least they have one. I was happy they even had a car wash here being that our truck was covered in ash from the wildfires!

Love this place because the stalls are always clean and my truck leaves spotless every time. It's slightly more expensive than the Wenatchee car washes, but so are a lot of places in Chelan. I always spend about $8-10 for a full wash in the self service area but it's possible to do a smaller vehicle in less time.

The cash machine will steal your money,I put 20$ and got 6.75 back. I tried contacting them and the never answered the phone I left a message and they never called me back. POOR customer service!!
Don’t go there for you car wash. Or vacuum, also stole my money!

Critical: Professionalism
Support this local business by coming to wash your car then get your money stolen from you and there is nothing you can do to get in touch with the owner to get your money back. Wow how is this place legally able to keep running.

4/8/20 The automatic wash isn’t accepting cards. I put ten dollars in now it won’t take quarters. I had no ones. Next lucky person gets a $2.00 car wash. I won’t be back.

Paid for a touchless car wash, wash malfunctioned shortly after it started. No one around to contact and no answer from the provided number. Ended up having to repay and use the other stall. Called again and the manager was very nice and able to refund my money. Appreciate the customer service!

I was hoping the new management was going to unclog the nozzles on the automatic wash, but that doesn't appear to have been the case. Soap sputters out and doesn't provide full coverage which means your car won't end up as clean as it should be. Overpriced and underperforming compared to other area washes. Hopefully management can fix. On the bright side, they are improving the manual washes.
