Services
We aimed to build a mortgage platform in Thurston County that provided the same tools and resources of a large company, but without the layers of bureaucracy that cause so many problems for homebuyers. We work to make mortgage lending a personal experience, and work to meet the individual needs of each of our client, not the needs of our company.
My name is Rob Mclaughlin, President of MLS Funding. I am a father of two amazing and beautiful daughters, Madison and Macy. I have lived and worked in South Sound Washington area most of my life. I entered college at the age of 16 and graduated from Central Washington University with a Bachelors Degree at the age of 20.
The American Dream of homeownership strengthens families, schools and public services, and thus makes a positive impact in our local communities. We strive to create awareness and to educate youth on the importance of credit, and help current homeowners leverage their assets to create wealth through real estate.

We had a great experience with MLS Funding! The whole team was an active part of the process and were all up to speed any time I called with a question. They even had our loan done quicker than expected and saved us a great deal of money when they thought our insurance quote seemed high and ran some numbers for us! The whole process was seamless… and easy, which are not typically adjectives I would use when buying a house, but that is exactly what it was! Rob and the MLS team were a pleasure to work with! We purchased from out of state and the communication from the staff through the entire home buying process was as smooth as can be. When we requested the close day be moved up (very last minute) they were quick to pull it together and set up a notary to meet us while we were in the middle of our drive north.
