I purchased my first (dream) car from auto express. Overall the experience was okay, communication was lacking a lot and it was about a month long process of getting the car which I understand that the bank that held the title was being very slow. My frustration is in the lack of care they promised. My car was delivered to my home FILTHY. The interior was coated in a layer of dust and dirt scuffs all over the floors. If I hit the seat dust puffed up. There was also a burn mark on the leather that was supposed to be replaced and never was. Auto express told me they had cleaned the interior 3 times

I have only good things to say about auto express. They are very straightforward and honest people. They are always willing to help. Jeremy had helped me tremendously over text to get my stuff figured out. Armon and Rob (the 2 salesmen I talked to) were also extremely nice and helpful. I'm not experience in buying cars, but they walked me through it all, and made it a simple and stress free process. I will only be going to auto express when I need a car. They are also detailing and painting my car free of charge. Seems too good to be true!

Bought 3/4 ton truck and very easy experience w responsive staff at all levels. Definitely a well run business. Had some minor mechanical issues after delivery and their service department was actually happy to help. Got in w/in days and problems solved for no extra charge. All dealerships should be run like Auto Express.

Hands down the best buying experience we have ever had. Travis, TJ and Curt are amazing. The truck we initially pick had an issue. TJ and Curt made everything right. I worked with Curt Beaman, Brian, and Mike. They were all courteous knowledgable and low pressure. The deal was handled quickly and professionally. The good: The keys are in the cars and they are unlocked. So it's easy to check them out. Prices are decent.
The bad: good luck getting a sales person to help you out. We were ignored even after going inside. The sales people must not be on commission because they aren't in any hurry to help you.
The ugly: Manager guy is rude, needs a vacation.
