I would be very careful in buying products from Ciro3D. I bought 3 products from them within a very short time period and they have all had quality issues. I worked around 2 of those issues but when I contacted them about a bigger issue the manager of their customer service department AND their owner looked the other way. I would not suggest using their phone holders at all. Phones these days are to expensive to put in a holder that is known to fall off of motorcycles at high speeds.

AMAZING company to deal with. Replaced a LED assembly for my RG that I didn't even know was under warranty. No questions asked, just rush couriered the assembly. It is awesome to see a motorcycle parts supplier stand behind their products ...which is few and far between. Very unprofessional and hey market return policy. Purchased what I thought was a high end headlamp for my motorcycle. Their staff misrepresented and misinformed me which resulted in the purchase of a 700 light. After dealing with them for 1 year I'm now stuck with an item I cannot use. I would not buy from them. Most of what I've seen on their site you can buy through Amazon cheaper or just buy from a reputable fresher that will honor their mistake. I'd do 0 stars but not an option

The $300 shock and awe 2.0 lightning kit is simply not a good kit. I have had problem after problem with it and nobody can help. Not only have I had problems with the light kit itself not functioning properly but now it has messed up my running lights in the rear. I have a feeling it is from connecting the kits built in brake light system to my lights. The funny, bad, thing is my rear brake lights work but the running lights do not. I also have the $100 extension pack but it doesn't function well either. The gauge of the wires are too small and the clips are cheaply made too.

I purchased Highway Pegs about 6 months ago directly from Ciro3D. One peg began to spin and became loose. I called the company, they did not badger me,or ask the usual questions trying to pin it on the customer, other than when did you get them and what color were they. Ciro rep. stated that their product does not do that and I received a replacement 4 days later--that simple. The quality is outstanding but the customer service is what will keep me coming back to CIRO

I purchased a $700 headlamp from this organization their staff gave me misinformation which led to me purchasing the wrong item. I tried to work with them over the course of a year and I'm now stuck with a $700 item I cannot use due to their mistake. on research I found the vast majority of items that they sell can be purchased through Amazon or other off brand sales shops for a fraction of the cost. I bought 3 kits from this company for my 2015 Harley Davidson Ultra Limited low. I installed all 3 kits and they worked fine for 3 weeks. A couple of days ago I have no lights on the left side of the engine and saddle bag. I contacted Ciro and he asked me who installed them. I did I've been a auto tech for 26 years it's not rocket science. Anyway I told him I would like a replacement kit for the engine. Okay I don't generally write reviews, but today I was so impressed I felt I had too. I had received a couple of the Ciro perch mount cell holders for my Harley and my sons bike, but we never got around to putting them on till just now , 5 months after getting them as Christmas gifts. The one holder went on seamlessly and worked to perfection. The one we installed on my sons bike there was some defect in the holder that would not allow us to open the holder up all the way to accommodate his cell phone. We wrenched on it so hard we finally broke the holder.

Very friendly staff all around. From the owner to the front receptionist. I called them over the phone with a few questions on their highway pegs, wasn’t sure which style I would like best, but after discussing the different options with me I went with the frame mounted ones. They are awesome and extremely adjustable so if you are shorter or 5’11” like me they adjust to your size perfectly. On a side note check out their YouTube page, they have bunch of cool videos showing off their products.
