In spite of terrible weather and material delays, Ritzcraft managed to complete the project on time. With anticipation of product material delays, Ritzcraft was proactive in delivering materials way in advance of the start date.
We found Ritzcraft to be very customer oriented, polite and responsive. They were very creative, artistic and made suggestions throughout the process. Ritzcraft was also very receptive to suggested changes.
We can clearly say the finished product is far beyond what we were expecting and hoping for. We highly recommend signing

No Good, Rotten Thieves. Avoid Ritzcraft Pools & Pavers at all costs. The owner David, his wife Ericka and Larry are good at two things: (1.) drawing pretty pictures of swimming pools, and (2.) lying . Long story short, they mis-quoted/mis-priced aspects of my pool/spa project by over $10,000 and tried to get me to pay for their error after the fact. Once they realized they had made the error, they dragged their feet with the project and tried so hard to cover their tracks, that they even went as far as forging documents. They held over $14,000 that I gave to them for 9 months and I am still trying

We just signed a contract to have Ritzcraft Pools build our new pool. After talking with several other companies in the area Ritzcraft was the best a being responsive, helping with the design work, and walking us through the options for the new addition. Larry was VERY patient with us and everyone was great in helping us pick the various designs. They also explained everything in great detail and worked with us to make the design fit our current Lanai. Thank you everyone at Ritz Craft!

Called and spoke with Cherie about a repair job to a section of tile in the waterline in our pool. Was told if it wasn't a full replacement of the tile, not cost effective for them, I should hire a handyman. What is sad, we are in the process of buying a home and are going to need a pool put in. Know that we will call another company who is interested in our money.

Upon first meeting David, I was impressed. Very nice, answered questions. Great person. I went into the office to pick the pavers, Ericka was great! Very nice as well. Very informative. Enjoyed talking to her. It was when the work started it went down hill. I had my pool deck covered with pavers, and originally did not want the pool resurfaced. I let them talk me into it. The overall quality of the work was great. Unfortunately, they were two weeks behind schedule finishing, and there was a severe lack of communication, despite asking them multiple times to be transparent about everything. I would

I highly recommend Ritzcraft Pools & Pavers! They just completed a complete overhaul of my pool area. They removed old pavers and installed natural stone, replaced the pool tile, resurfaced the pool, changed out the pool equipment and converted to salt. They started the project the end of Jan and my pool was filling by mid-Feb. Their crews were on the job early in the morning and stayed late into the evening. Every day they left the job site neat and tidy. I was assigned a foreman, Jesus, whose job was to make sure the project was completed correctly and on time. He was on the job every day

Simply stated, the crew that worked on my pool was careless not properly supervised and end product was is not good. It was supposed to be a very simple replaster on a small villa pool, but when crews are left alone, it is not good. Despite emails listing all the problems and asking for manager to call me, none ever did. Phone records indicate no attmept to reach me was ever made after they said they had tried. Heavy mixing equipment was left in driveway (they planned on leaving it there the weekend) ater work completed on a Friday, a blob of bonding agent was left to dry on coping, plaster was

Absolute nightmare! Do not use Ritzcraft! Unprofessional, negligent, and terrible quality. By far the worst contractor we have ever used. The work is subbed out and is very poor quality (see pics). The owner acts like he can do no wrong and gets offended when you point out any issues. Worst of all, knowing that we have a new baby and a 3 year old, he insisted that we could use the pool 49 hours after they finished. Our pool company couldn't believe it. It would have burned their skin! We are still seeking resolution to our issues 4 months later and are out money from multiple refills and rebalancing
