Very rude. Everyone there looks miserable. No smiles or customer service. Pre ordered a jet ski in February. Never showed up according to their books. Told “ on the truck will be here Tuesday”. “Oh. The truck broke down” etc etc etc no jet ski in August. Bad vibes every time I went in there. I was a cash buyer. I am female. Is there a problem with that boys?!! No jet ski. Happy to give me my down payment back. Probably sold the jet ski I preordered for a profit. Disgusting. Good luck guys! Word of mouth is powerful and yet you said you wanted to be the people that put every jet ski etc

Do not give your business to Prime Powersports in Shawano.
I'm 90% sure the owner lied to my face. Here's why.
Our machine was picked up on a Wednesday after the shop ordered and installed a clutch kit, belt, and differential locker. On Saturday our machine was taken for its first ride, knowing it needed time to break in the belt. After 14.6 mile there was a metallic pinging and the machine stopped moving. It sounded like the clutch blew. We did not take anything apart but noted there was a bolt missing from the bottom of the belt cover. Machine had to be towed 1 mile.

With our Polaris ranger, the staff gave us valuable information. I had problems with the power steering not always working and they advised me that it probably was a battery issue because of short runs, suggested that I put a trickle charge on. That did the job. They also gave good advice in general, on ways to save a $. Highly recommended.

I bought a used jet ski from Prime and they thought it ran fine and was told it ran fine from the previous owner. I contacted them because there was an issue, and they bent over backwards to make it right. It took awhile to figure it out, but they stood by what they sold and kept working on it! They are awesome and I cannot say enough good things about them!

Had been shopping for a lightly used snowmobile for a couple months taking my time and looking for something specific this summer. After seeing a post by Chris (the owner) of the exact sled I was looking for at a price that seemed too good to be true I gave him a call. He explained that the machine was taken in on trade from a friend of his. Knowing how good of a deal it was, I asked Chris if I could put down money and pick up the sled in a couple weeks as I live nearly 250 miles away. Chris said that was OK and assured me that the machine was as in good of shape as the pictures appeared to show
