In November of 2014, at the young ages of 19 and 23, we lost our mom, Ginger Stutts, after a long fight with colon cancer. Experiencing the slow, vicious cycle of cancer with our mom followed by a journey of grief after her death gave us a new perspective of the funeral service business that had been a part of our lives for as long as we could remember.
We finally understood what it felt like to be sitting in the "reserved" section at a funeral instead of being the ones serving a family during their time of loss. In June of 2019, we found ourselves in the "reserved" section yet again when our dad, Tommy Stutts, suffered an accident that took his life unexpectedly.

I would like to thank Tom Stutts and sons funeral home for the way they handle my grandmother!
For such a sad occasion, they were very understandable and very compassionate!!
I only wish I could remember the gentleman's name, who granted my mom one last wish to see her mother at her resting place!
thank you so much you don't know how much that meant to her!!
Sincerely, from a member of the Thornton family!!
