I have to say, it looked a little shady online and they run out of a single family home in the middle of an industrial district. The website was rudimentary and they use an AOL email address (I had to confirm those were functional). Howe, they get great reviews and a lot of them so I gave them a shot for my front passenger window in my ‘15 Grand Cherokee and it couldn’t have been a smoother or more positive experience. They were professional, friendly, fast, in-expensive and did quality work. I’ll go back and suggest Auto Glass City to anyone in need of their services.

Called in to the friendliest voice and got a $195 quote to replace front windshield within 5 minutes of the call, which included both labor AND materials! Appt was made within the next two days. Arrived and was greeted and welcomed. They completed within 1 hour while I waited. Looked great and was given a 1 year warranty. If you need auto glass replacement, what are you waiting for, call them! Amazing service.

I came here after having to replace my entire windshield. Not only were they very friendly but this was the best price I could ever come by. Entire process was completely easy and I was out of there in about 45 mins. Great experience and will come here for now on with any replacements I need in the future.

I took my car to get the windshield replaced. Upon picking upon picking up my car I noticed that the molding was cracked, it was not liked that when I dropped off my car. When I presented this to the they claim that they did not do it. The reason they're saying that they were not responsible for the damage that they caused was the fact that can see a fingerprint across the molding. Which they blamed my wife for doing this. Glass City is suppose to be a business, but blaming there mistakes on the customer is not right. If you want your vehicle to not be done properly and damaged when you get it

All other glass companies should be ashamed of what they charge compared to Glass City. Glass City installed an exact replacement front windshield on my Honda Pilot and charged me $80 under what I would have paid just in my deductible. No fancy building, no fancy waiting room, no fancy office...but very nice and professional people.

I had an "incident" while driving on the highway a few weeks ago where a recycling truck lost a piece of metal (off the truck, not its load). It hit the windshield, and left a huge hole. immediately called the company and had ALL of the information where, what truck, where the piece came from etc. To my honest surprise, the recycling company inspected the vehicle, called me back and stated they would cover the entire cost to replace my windshield. I got quote from other vendors , they are 2,3 times more .
One car was leaking around windshield ,I was going to get rid of the car , ,after they installed new windshield ,stopped leaking .I am still driving it today .
They only charged $20 extra to remove the rust .
I sent all my family and friends to this place .

I traveled from Wisconsin's Northwoods to have Glass City take care of me! They only do glass so you get the best price! The waiting room is nothing to write home about but the savings are substantial! Call ahead as it takes a day to get your glass! Just had my Scion XB windshield replaced. I needed a windshield replacement for my car and was given Glass City as a recommendation. I did some shopping around and Glass City came in $54 cheaper than the nearest competitor.
I was quoted an hour for my appointment and was in and out in about 30 minutes. Make sure you call ahead for your quote. I also suggest this as they work by appointment, making it easier for everyone involved.

It happens, that rock hits your windshield and you see the crack. You are debating paying your deductible or out-of-pocket. Glass City came in much less than that competitor with all those ads and lower than my deductible.
The staff was professional and backs up their work. I had a question about my car and they thoroughly addressed my concerns. It has been a week since my windshield was replaced and I have had to issues with leaks or otherwise.
Glass City will be the first place I call for a quote next time!
