We rented a place through them. The ladies are very nice and respectful, they worked with us so we could get things taken care of. They made sure we were able to meet with the home owners when we both had time that worked for both us and them. I highly recommend Step Up to anyone needing to find a place.

I have rented for years now. We just moved to Sonora for my job. This company has been a complete nightmare. They have harassed me and my family and they have dropped the ball when it comes to taking care of business. We have a nightmare neighbor who should have been evicted for a myriad of reasons but nothing was ever done. Instead, I get Darlene to hang up on me, and my mother (who’s trying to help). They’ve allowed neighbors to sell drugs off the property, to have drug needles thrown about the shared back yard, to allow the neighbor to get away with messing with our communal cable boxes

I have used this company several times as I have moved throughout the area. Their staff and office is consistently friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this company as they have been very attentive and their properties have tended to be on the higher end of quality in regards to both the quality of the rental and the personalities of the property owners

Absolutely terrible! Constant snooping and trespassing on our property that we rented. We feel un trusted and unwelcome. We never get a heads up when a repair man is coming. One time it was 7pm and he just showed up while we were eating dinner. We love the guy, but we would like a heads up. It is not an ideal situation when someone is always snooping around the property. The other night they were here with flashlights in our yard!! We got them on camera. Terrible. We love the home but the constant distrust is getting old. We have raving reviews from other landlords, so not sure why they feel the
