When RoofTop Antiques first came to be, it was literally a Mom and Pop operation - my Mom and Pop, to be more specific. They had always collected antiques and unique items that caught their eye. As a child, I remember entering antique malls and attending auctions, but never feeling as though I was being dragged.
Modern homes are often decorated with modern creations - particle board desks, plywood tables, budget friendly plastic chairs, cheap lamps, and temporary light fixtures. Every once in a while, it is refreshing to experience the quality of antique and vintage furnishings and lighting.

We thoroughly clean and inspect each piece prior to professionally photographing it in our studio.

Every day we alter our surroundings with the simple flip of a switch. With that one act, light pierces the darkness and a space is illuminated. When the source of the brilliance is antique lighting, it seems there is something even warmer about the illumination. A vintage light seems to shine a bit brighter, shimmering in a way that says "welcome home".
The shelves of RoofTop Antiques are heavily stocked with vintage and antique dinnerware, including everyday dishes and restaurant china. Our dinnerware ranges from early 20th century hand painted plates, to patterns from the mid-century modern era, to fine china from the 1980's - the kind grandma only pulls from her china cabinet for the most special occasions and family gatherings.
RoofTop Antiques has an abundance of flatware and silverware for every table on every occasion. We have a variety of cutlery available, from Lifetime Stainess Steel, to silver plated Oneida, to Gorham sterling silver. Every era is represented, including the clean lines of mid-century modern and the floral patterns of the art nouveau age.
