Forewarning: Long, detailed review. My Mom first ordered her cabinets May 27. During the planning/layout phase of this process my Mom was told the wrong size vent hood by the same person that designed/measured her cabinet layout. To add insult to injury, my Mom had to eat every bit of the expense to re-order the correct size as it was past the return period when they figured it out. It went downhill from there. Throughout this months long process my Mom had such a hard time getting responses via email or phone call. A1 would give her timeline information that more often than not was incorrect.

This summer my wife and I started Remodeling our kitchen. Our contractor recommended several suppliers but we didn’t feel they were listening to what we wanted. By chance decided to try A1 and was pleasantly surprised. The entire staff made us feel valued and even educated us on different stones. We chose to go with laminate and have had family over that were surprised it wasn’t stone. Our kitchen is beautiful and our countertops are the focal pieces. Thank you!!

The customer service is deplorable! When our cabinets were installed we were to receive crown molding for the top cabinets. The installer stated that they did not know about the crown. I contacted A1 and I was told that the crown would be ordered and upon arrival, the installation would be set up. My wife and I have made several phone calls and authored many emails with no response on several occasions. When we do get a response, we are told that they are busy and that we will be called back later... Well its December and the cabinets were purchased in September. Buyer BEWARE!!!!!!!!!
