Hypnotherapy is a process which uses mental and physical relaxation and guided imagination to put you into what is called a "trance state", where you are more receptive to positive suggestion and more in touch with your own inner wisdom.

When you are in a trance state, you are more receptive and open; you can discover hidden causes to current problems, and then able to change the thoughts, feelings and behaviors which have prevented you from being as happy, healthy or successful as you'd like to be.A trance state is a natural state of consciousness where your normal mind chatter is quieted and your body and mind are relaxed.
Cellular Release Therapy is a hypnotherapy process which is designed to clear trauma and painful or frightening events (and their resultant fears and limiting beliefs, ) without the client having to remember or re-experience them. Your subconscious mind resides in every cell of your body, and these cells are continuously programmed from the moment of your conception.
