Edit: owner replied to review but hasnt replied to me after their question was answered. Absolutely won't be back.
They forgot half our food. Offered to make it but would have absolutely ruined our plans to have to wait that much longer. Pizza was over cooked because the dough was too thin in the middle so part was inedible, burnt black as coal right in the middle of the pizza. May try again, may not.

Was in town for a hockey game. Looked on Google maps for a nearby spot to grab some food. I’m a huge pizza fan so when I saw your location I decided that’s where I was gonna eat. Seriously impressed with… the pie y’all served us. It was cooked to perfection and I have never had a crust as delicious as yours. If you’re in town and looking for some pizza and very “at home” atmosphere, you won’t regret it. I will definitely be back!!!!

I got my event catered by these guys.
I ordered a full tray of baked ziti, it was pretty much boiled pasta with sauce and melted cheese, tray was also half full.
Got a full tray of chicken parm only ,they filled it half way with ziti and placed some chicken on top, definently not what I ordered!
Plain pizzas were overdone.
Was not worth the stress of complaining. But I definitely did not get what I ordered and was quite disappointed.
Their loss as you only get ripped off once. I will not be a repeat customer.

We rolled into Knoxville late this evening... starving...looked around what was close to us at the Courtyard Marriott... ordered the Grandma's Pizza with extra toppings... sausage, peppers and onions and fried cheese sticks. Everything tasted perfect. Cool guy I talked to when he took my order. You won't go wrong here. Good stuff!

Tried Dazzo’s last night. Great little downtown joint with a cozy atmosphere. Enjoyed the Prince tunes! Service was prompt and pizza was served steaming hot. We ordered the Margarita and were not disappointed. The crust was the perfect balance of crunch and chewy. The sauce was chunky and flavorful and the basil was fresh. Run don’t walk to get this pizza! We will be back for sure!

Pizza is good a little greasy. The music was quite obnoxious and stressed me out a little. The staff obviously liked it, but they might want to consider the customer. Eclectic atmosphere and seemed very clean. We had the Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza and an order of garlic knots. Order the garlic knots!

Rude staff, underwhelming pizza. Went in last night to pick up our order of 5 pizzas. I forgot my mask and so I politely did as requested and took a mask they provided and wore it as cdc guidelines state. We ordered an extra pizza and waited 20 mins for it to be made. We ordered a beer and shared it amongst the 3 of us as they were out of beer. As… we drank our beer we were accosted by the staff for not wearing our masks, which we were, we told them we were doing as asked and we were continually badgered by the one lil pizza maker who threatened us if we didn’t wear our masks. We had Dazzo's delivered by the bite squad. The order arrived in a timely manner. Mozzarella sticks was very good. The marinara sauce was very good and warm instead of cold that you get from other places! The house salads were fine. The blue cheese dressing was very thin with no blue cheese crumbles in it at all. Would choose a different dressing if you are a blue cheese lover as we are. The pizza, crust was good but soggy in the middle, we ordered the Fat Tony, onions peppers and olives looked like they had just steamed or microwaved them and just put them on top. We will try

First timers to Dazzo's Pizzeria.
Our hotel recommended the pizza here. Cool location - neat vibe! I enjoyed looking at all of the posters/memorabilia on the walls. Lots of music posters.
This location sort of reminds me of a mellow mushroom pizza chain in Atlanta.
The service was good. Pizza arrived piping hot!!! What I really liked about this pizza was that it was crunchy on every bite! If you like pizza crust, this is the pizza for you! Each bite reminds you of eating pizza crust, it's got a great crunch! Ok I'm obsessed with the texture !!! Lol
