I accompanied my grandpa for his appointment here and he was quite happy with how it went. He went on for a good bit about how professional and friendly the staff was which aided to it being a great experience for him. Bill took excellent care of my 90 year old dad. He was very patient with my both parents, answering all their questions and making sure they understood their options.
Our hearing tests are free of charge therefore, your insurance will not be billed. We partner with most major insurance companies to offer benefits and discounts so we encourage you to bring your insurance information to your appointment. Our hearing tests do not require a referral from a doctor or other medical professional.

I was recently at the office for a visit. When Krista called to see how things were working now, she also mentioned a review of my apt. Like I told Andy while at the office, I always enjoy speaking with Krista. She is super friendly every single time . With Andy, I have been seeing him for many years and is always willing to take the time and make sure is working the best it should be....Very happy with my service and would recommend then to my friends.

I have to tell you. I tried to get help with my hearing once before and I just didn’t feel like I needed them. But Beltone stayed in contact with me and was able to get me help. Not only can I hear much better, Christa and Andy have always been great to me. ANYTIME I call Christa, she makes my day, and is always so helpful. Anytime I go in to see Andy, he fixes what needs to be fixed and has always been nothing but nice. So hopefully my pleasant experience atleast encourages someone else to get the help they need!

I knew I was having hearing difficulty when I had to keep asking people to repeat what they were saying. Not only that, I have tinnitus… you know, it kind of sounds like those cicada (17-year locust) we get here in Ohio.
This is my first set of hearing aids and I am very satisfied with them. My hearing aids are rechargeable, so I don’t have to fool around with those little batteries. I can now hear what others are saying. And they have a feature which reduces the tinnitus problem significantly.
Andy and Christa are very friendly and professional. I would recommend anyone with a hearing problem
