This place is amazing. One of Lake county's little gems. The instructor is very knowledgeable and experienced, helping each person learn to do the moves effectively for their own abilities. The heat and routine is uplifting, body cleansing (from all the sweating that happens,). and invigorating. I've noticed my strength, flexibility have improved and my stress has been greatly reduced from regular attendance. I'm starting to get that yoga body I've always wanted, which is priceless. Longevity, mind body and soul connection. A great place to make your life better.
