We used Drain Guru to replace an old recovery tray for underneath a washing machine--prior to moving in to a house. The old one had been installed in a way we could not replace ourselves. The need was urgent. Jay and his crew responded immediately. They were professional and easy to work with. Customer service was awesome. i would definitely recommend!

Jubien responded to our service call immediately and kept us informed for the next couple of hours as he was going to squeeze us into his already busy afternoon schedule. He and his helper showed up about 4:15 and went straight to work on our clogged toilet. Fifteen minutes later it was flowing like it should. The Drain Guru was VERY professional, helpful, and pleasant to work with - we recommend him!
