We hired Dohn and team to add a small covered porch and paint our house. After we started looking we decided to replace all of the broken siding tiles before painting. Dohn told us up front that if he found dry rot while prepping he would need to replace it. Needless to say, with a home built in 1936 there was dry rot around some of the door and window frames.
