We have been through twice this spring and won't go back. You car shouldn't still be spotted with residue like soap etc. when you leave. The back window doesn't get clean. What happened to the cars, door jams, etc being wiped down on the way out.....that was a great service and why we have always gone there. They blame it on Covid... bunk. Maybe then I wouldn't have spots covering my new
black car. Very disappointed and won't be back.

I was always pleased with this carwash untill they started the new unlimited car washes charged monthly.my mini van has come out 4 times with the back still dirty. I ask the 2nd time i went thru for the back of my van to be cleaned better but no luck. The guys dont wipe down any areas by hand anymore like the bugs on the front and the door jams. Only spray quickly with a water hose and push you thru. The guy standing at the end giving a thumbs up so you can leave dosnt even check for quality. That’s disappointing to pay for a partial car wash. Hope the service gets better.

Do they not read their poor reviews? Obviously not as nothing has changed. The owner doesn't care as Mr. Oetker has no competition. If he had a competitor he would probably be out of business. Stop in the one at 22nd and University in Des Moines and you will find out what full service is. I have been to many throughout the country and this one in Marshalltown is the poorest for service. They are told not to wipe down the surfaces you speak of as the owner says it takes too much time. Why I say this is that the owner has stated this to me. Obviously the attitude won't change until the owner changes

Always a disappointment here. For the money, it's absolutely NOT worth it. $20 for the deluxe and another $9 to vacuum my sport utility. I would gladly pay it if they did a good job. For the "deluxe" service I would expect they would wipe the door jambs, dry the car completely, and give a quick wipe to the interior. The car always leaves wet which leaves streaks all over the car.
I ignore the treatment. They are not very friendly, never say thank you (even with a tip), and rush you along but I would expect better service from a "full service" car wash.
I would stick with the automated car washes
