They have upgraded this place well it's pretty clean... Had someone arrested a few rooms down but that's not their fault... It's a comfortable room a little noisy due to the location. My only issues are the hot water doesn't get super hot and the microwave turn table doesn't turn... Other than that it's good! Get coffee in ur room and clean towels every day. No bugs!

I’m giving this two stars simply because I had somewhere to rest my head this past weekend while visiting my sister in Fayetteville. We wanted to save some money so we decided to book with the Regency 7. Upon arriving the man at the front desk was less than pleasant and when we arrived at our room we noticed that our sheets were dirty so we called the front desk to ask if someone could re-make our bed with clean sheets and he replied ‘we put clean sheets on there but come get them’ basically inferring we needed to make it ourselves. The room was disgusting ( there was no way someone cleaned

Sink clogged and they left a plunger at our door. Didn't have towels replaced and the TV didn't work for the first night and most of the next day. Was absolutely disgusting in there - especially in the bathroom. I've never seen a room in that shape before. My 8 year old daughter keeps reminding me to never get a room there again. 🙄 Only giving 2 stars because one guy was considerate and helpful to the best of his abilities. I didn't take many pictures for obvious reasons lol, but here's a few photos that I did my best to avoid the background.

We made a reservation on booking.com over a week ago. When we arrived yesterday to check in they claimed to not be able to find my reservation. I even showed them the confirmation number and everything in my email. She tried to tell me I had the wrong location. I asked what their address was, I confirmed it was the correct address. Her manager came out and and he was not able to find it either. He offered me a room but was going to charge me $20 more than the price I reserved it for. I told him it shouldn't be that much.. He was extremely rude and told me I could go somewhere else then! So I did

Ahhh update to previous review in which I stated that the sign says there are weekly rates but they say they have no weekly rates and $85 a night... The owner replied that I should go get my eyes checked and there is no sign stating this. On the Google photos of this business the sign clearly states "why pay more? Single corporate rates weekly rates" now please to the owners of this business look at the photos of your business listed on Google and tell me where I saw those words and then perhaps you should learn some manners and apologize! Oh and PS thanks for being concerned about my vision but

This Motel is always clean & the owner is very accommodating and friendly.
I have seen other reviewers complain about the lady who works at the front desk being unfriendly. I haven't found that to be the case AT ALL! I think that it's simply a matter of there being a language barrier. I find the owner & his wife to both be very friendly & willing to work with their guests. If the noise from the highway bothers you then turn the A/C unit to fan on. The white noise of the fan easily drowns out the highway noise. We have been staying here regularly for over 2 years as our

I booked the room through hotel.com and arrived at the hotel 10 mins after that. Upon arrival, there was no one at the front desk, so I rang the bell for several times with no answers. I then knocked on the window for about 5 mins, and then there was a guy who looks like he had just woken up. With extreme rudeness, he told me to go away, because there was no room, even though the parking lot was empty. I told him that I had a reservation, but he just waived me off. What a piece of sh..t!!! What kind of business that would refuse service to customers just because they hired a dumb lazy guy who

Ok, I just finished writing a glowing review and now it seems to have disappeared into the ether.
This is a great little find ... Very clean, quiet, perfect for my needs. Usually cheap comes with bad trade offs--- not here. Very affordable ($30 less than a flea-bag I ended up with on Booking dot com the first night in town.) Light breakfast which was fine if you are in a hurry. The whole place, even the parking lot and common areas, were spotless. The proprietors were very courteous and helpful...it was no problem getting a room without a prior reservation.
I would stay here again in a heartbeat

Great little hotel for super cheap price. Very very clean inside and outside! Free breakfast every morning and waffles on the weekends.
Its not fancy but we had a family of 4 in a 2 queen bed room and it was just fine for the 5 nights we stayed.
Again very very clean in the non smoking room. Friendly staff!

I read Emily's review and WOW is all I can say. I'm assuming that the management has been changed because I recently stayed in the hotel (08/15-17/2014) and it was the exact opposite.
Like I said last weekend my mom and I took my sister up to Fayetteville to college. We had 2 small dogs with us there for we were up charged to $60 a night. We pulled up and the hotel looks well kept, there were not a lot of cars. Check in was a breeze, we pulled up to our room. When we walked in and we were impressed, seriously I brought extra sheets just in case but we didn't need them. The non smoking

When we arrived, the hotel was locked up. Lights off, not a single car in the parking lot. There was a small office with a window that had a towel stuffed underneath and a bell, but no one answered. We ended up calling the hotel's phone number, and an incoherent angry man answered the phone and then immediately hung up on us.
Assuming the business was closed down, we turned to walk back to our car . . . and a middle aged man came staggering to the office, hanging onto the walls for dear life. He demanded $50 cash from us (when the reservation was for $40), refused to take a credit card
