I basically run my business via 1 laptop computer and I showed up to work this morning and it was dead... no power... nothing. I contacted Dan, and he had me bring it over ASAP (about 8:30 am) He got hold of me a short time later saying the motherboard was fried and I needed a new computer but he was confident he would be able to retrieve all the data and put it on my new computer. I immediately ran and bought a new computer, took it to Dan and a few hours later, I was able to go pick up my new computer with ALL the data from my old computer! Dan and his team are phenomenal and incredibly easy

If I could give these guys 10 stars I would! After using a different tech company for years, using Robinson Tech was a breath of fresh air. They are friendly and their customer service is amazing. They help to teach me about my system so I can trouble shoot in the future, and they always come out quickly and resolve the issue well. I highly recommend Robinson Tech!

We are a local business owner here in the the Tri-Cities and we own a lot of business through out Washington. In all my years of business we never dealt such a professional team like Dan's. They are very customer friendly and know what they are doing. I called every IT in the Tri-Cities and Robinson Tech had the best deal. I would like to give a special thanks to Dan, he really know how to run a team. 5 star rating for us at the Kennewick Suites!
