With a Bachelor of Arts Degree, as well as, training from The New York Institute of Art and Design it is Southern Sass's mission to guide homeowners through a comfortable journey of uncovering their visions and bringing them to life.In addition to, her formal design education, Melissa is also a Certified Color Specialist in Sherwin Williams and Benjamin Moore and has a broad design portfolio.

Southern Sass Interiors was honestly one of the best business decisions that my girlfriend and I chose for our new home! We had the pleasure to work with Melissa hands on and she was so informative, quick, and so work-oriented when we were with her! She helped us with our color coordination, light fixtures, and the overall ambience of our home. She was so delightful and pleasant to be around and would love to hire again for our next project!

I really wanted to take the time to thank Melissa and Southern Sass interiors. I don’t normally have time to step away to write a review of a company but she helped me out very much!
Speaking of a busy schedule. She worked to make the design and implementation effortless. I really appreciated the level of communication I received. Melissa made it very clear what it was she was going to do with the space. Naturally, I’m not the best at putting things together and she really made it quite the complete package.
