Alley Oop (al ee oop') - a shout of encouragement when a gymnast is about to perform a challenging skill! The phrase Alley Oop is used to encourage an individual to perform some physical, especially gymnastic, skill. What a fun way to encourage someone to take a risk to try something new! We have a quality program with enthusiastic, professional staff that are trained extensively in house and through USA Gymnastics.

Most of our teachers are USAG Safety Certified. We offer classes for kids of all ages; from Tots to Recreational Gymnastics (preschool kids - school age - teens) through Competitive Team. Celebrate your birthday with one of our fun parties or attend a day camp or a tumbling clinic! The progress of every gymnast is celebrated!
Services
To teach gymnastics in a healthy and safe environment where children have fun, while developing physical strength, agility, coordination and self confidence. Our program is here to provide every participant with a chance to succeed in a safe environment. We believe very strongly in sportsmanship, goal setting, respect for others, self-respect, and the development of a strong work ethic.

This Gym is fantastic. Even the people working in the office are courteous and there to serve the kids. All the coaching staff have been patient and knowledgeable.

Gymnastics class has been a highlight to our family during the pandemic. The building is large and there are great social distancing and COVID protocol in place to help us feel and be safe. Coach Kian is AMAZING during Me and My Tot and indoor playground time! Coach is as important to my toddler as gymnastics class- that's how you know Kian is a great coach! Coach uses positive instruction to positively redirect and teach toddlers how to do gymnastics, participate and use the equipment safely while social distancing! Coach has also sent our daughter a few post cards with encouraging words which

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, Quality
We love it here. They have the best protocols for children during covid. I have never seen a business be as clean as them through the pandemic. I definitely think some coaches just aren’t perfect for the job but most are. They are all kind and always provide information when needed. We are so thankful for this place.

Coach Simone is basically a saint. She coaches the 3 & 4 year old class that my daughter is in. Toddlers can be a real handful, but week after week she handles the class with patience and grace. She always stays calm and encouraging. My daughter looks forward to the class every week and has come a long way since she started. Thanks Simone, we love you!!
The gym has also done a great job handling COVID guidelines and protocol. Very clear communication with families makes it easy peasy.

There are many amazing coaches here, I have no complaints about my daughter's actual coaches, they're both AWESOME. the 3 stars is for the organization of classes, first of all, the beginning classes have too many girls each, 7 and 8 children to one coach is just too many, on top of that they have each girl doing different things at the same time therefore the coach is unable to correct them ALL at once, if they were all working on the same thing it MIGHT be possible for the teacher to help all of them, maybe, but as it is now the coach can only work with ONE girl at a time while the rest do the

My 5yr old had taken a few of the gymnastics courses several months here she absolutely loved them.
Then her coach resigned to go back to school and the new replacement instructor always appeared to be very unhappy. The initial instructor was great with the kids and would demonstrate and lead by example.
The new coach is over weight and can't demonstrate how to do any of the physical skills she is trying to instruct the kids to do which frustrated my 5yr old. Sorry guys if your going to charge me for a gymnastics class for my active 5yr old I want a gymnastics instructor not an angry lunch lady

My daughter has been going to Alley Oop for a year now and loves it. She gets great exercise and is learning a new sport that she really loves. She loves seeing the work of the teams and strives to become that disciplined. Her coaches and all of the staff are very nice and supportive. I am happy with the gym as is my daughter.

My children really love Alley Oop!! Each child works within their own path and skill set, so it keeps everyone learning at all times! My children also love the stickers and medals when they have mastered a skill or a level of gymnastics. There are several classes going at once, so all 3 of my children are in separate classes at the same time!! Yay, Alley Oop, bravo!!

My two daughters been attending Alley Oop for 6 years, and we've always enjoyed the classes, events, coaches and I love the staff (Kim should not allowed to quit-- ever. Sorry, Kim. ;) Everyone is always very professional, and my girls think missing a class is the end of the world. That's the highest praise. Four and a half stars, but I was only allowed four.

Our daughter is 5 and she can be shy. Her teacher at Alley Oop provides structure during the class and works with each child to ensure that they learn the movements and none of the children are forgotten about. At the end of class the children are given stickers with the names of the activities performed - she's so proud of her stickers! She practices the techniques when she gets home and looks forward to the next class. We are so happy with Alley Oop!
