We had a new burner installed approximately 8-9 years ago by Albert Culver and have had a service plan since. The customer service is excellent! Whenever we needed service (which is rare) the company quickly responds and resolves the issue.

Family did business with them for 50-60 years. Now they can't get my name correct on the new account, they don't answer the phone, and the answering service told me that they are supposed to work until 5PM but they leave at 2PM most days. Why?

Phenomenal service. Started using Albert Culver when we moved to our new home because they had serviced that Home for several years. We had previously used Alvin Hollis, who were hit or miss and had made some costly mistakes to our home over the years. Every time I’ve called Albert Culver they are incredibly responsive. Our central air went out over the hottest weekend on record and on a Sunday, Jordan from Albert Culver came over, quickly found the issue and fixed it. Will recommend them to all our neighbors.

Called about getting a quote for a Ductless ac/heating unit. Even though it was the middle of a heat wave they came out the next day. We had our official quote back two days later. I was apprehensive about the ductless units being on my walls in the kitchen and living room. They were very honest and open about what it would look like, where the units and piping would go both inside and out of the house and assured us that the two units would cool the house down completely. Called them for an install quote on a new furnace, hot water heater and install central AC. They came out and never sent me a quote. They wasted my time. But actually they did me a favor because of them I left the more polluting home heating oil to natural gas. Thanks Albert Culver for convincing yet another customer in your dying industry to leave! Keep up the good work!!
