This is our flagship program and is led and designed by Dr. Chris and SOSF Head coach Rich Quintans. Our purpose is simple: to build the best gym and program in the world. Knowing that a gym is only as strong as the community that supports it, we are committed to providing world-class coaching, programming and customer service.
Book an appointment with Dr. Chris Skelton to aleviate some of those aches and pains you've been feeling for some time now. An innovative technique that effectively breaks down scar tissue and fascial restrictions. The technique utilizes specially designed stainless steel instruments to specifically detect and treat areas exhibiting soft tissue fibrosis or chronic inflammation.
Dr. Chris Skelton is a Chiropractic Sports Physician, Level 1 CrossFit Trainer, certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, certified Police Officer Standards and Training Council for Health and Wellness, certified Functional Movement Specialist and avid CrossFit athlete who works with CrossFitters, exercise enthusiasts, and those who are new to the world of fitness, through a broad range of issues.
Involves applying firm pressure and slow strokes to reach the deep layers of muscle and fascia. Aids in recovery from muscle tension and pain. It also promotes increased blood flow and reducing inflammation. This modality will focus on areas that are overused and stressed during training. Using a combination of stretching and deep tissue work the therapist can help the client with recovery time and reduction of pain and inflammation.
One of our Registered Dieticians will provide you with a fully customized 30 day meal plan catered to any style of eating. Keto, Paleo, Vegan, Vegetarian, even intermittent Fasting. Halal or Kosher. I came in from out of town visiting family for a few days and stopped here because of its proximity to where we were staying. But, I would gladly go out of my way to come back to this gym! All the staff and members were extremely friendly and the facility was very clean. The gym has an old school feel to it with all the equipment you would need to tackle any WOD.
I wanted to say thank you to Chris and Rich for taking care of me and I can’t wait to train here again in the future!

So... Day one at cross fit. Yes it’s close to where I work and yes I have seen the folks running and flipping tires and lifting:)

Words can not describe how much I Love SOSF. I have been working out with Dr. Skelton and his team since the very first day of the opening and I have loved the physical and mental transformation I have gone though. Fantastic staff and community of friends have changed my life and I thoroughly enjoy coming everyday to work out. Fantastic workouts, changing daily. Chris and his staff make a family and fun environment. All workouts and lifts are adjusted as needed to make sure everyone is safe.

I've created a second family at SOSF. The dedicated staff encourages and motivates me to find new creative ways to meet my physical goals. I walk in with a smile and leave with tears of pain... But it's all worth it .... Pain is weakness leaving the body . Thank you Chris, Rich and Owen.

I'm not a huge crossfit guy, but I was in town visiting family and decided to go workout with my cousin.

SOSF crossfit is a good gym with a great owner/trainer. Chris was on top of my form and quickly had me performing each rep better than the last. With a fun and engaging group of staff and clients, the workout was grueling but fun..

I'd recommend SOSF to anyone looking for a local gym to hit up on travel or that wants to elevate their workouts to the 'next level'!

I joined SOSF Crossfit & Chiropractic in April of 2016. I had previously been out of Crossfit and working out for 6-8 months, and with another gym for a couple years prior. In this short time with SOSF I've lost over 10lbs, improved my fitness and have increased my strength greatly. They have knowledgeable coaches who are all about quality before quantity. They have very challenging workouts that they scale based on your strength and fitness level so you get the most out of every workout. If you want to get in shape or get back into shape, SOSF will get you there.

I can't speak highly enough about SOSF Crossfit. I worked out there very intermittently last year and always felt so welcome by all the folks at SOSF. The school where I work even partnered with them to offer an athletics program to a group of our middle school students. It was neat to see how Chris and Rich were able to empower the kids.

Take it from somebody that is not a true Crossfit person--SOSF has an outstanding culture. They aren't just about working you hard (though they do that); the culture is more focused on wellness and educating its members to exercise healthily. It attracts

These guys rock! Every CrossFit box is not created equal. I have tried several locations throughout the country as I travel for work and this one is one of the best you will find, anywhere.

The owners and staff are knowledgeable, experienced and dedicated to helping all levels of athletes, not just competition athletes. This means that every member, whether new or experienced, gets the best level of workout for them. Equally as important are the other members. Here you will find a diverse group of members that will help to motivate and encourage everyone in the gym.

Staff is well experienced, personable, and accommodating. Great for all fitness levels. "Brilliant at the basics". The owner, Dr. Chris Skelton, is an in-gym practicing chiropractor so the training regiment incorporates a steady progression which prevents injuries. Coaches emphasize technique and form with proper stretching and cooling down.
