First i want to advice that the previous Review is not valid do to being a false review. Posted by Rosa Smith Husband and Manager from Sunshine Psychiatry. In my particular case i am able to submit a review because i was actually a customer. If you are someone really looking to better your health or someone you love. Stay sway from this place. It is just run by the two of them. Very unprofessional and uncaring people. They also charge $125 per medical records and or providing notes for employer supporting any disability documents. David also does this in behalf of Rosa Smith. This explains why
