Edgewood Inn

I had a wonderful stay at the Edgewood Inn B&B in Woodland Park, CO. The Inn is gorgeous with a fantastic view of Pikes Peak. The rooms are beautifully decorated. The breakfasts are delicious. And best of all the hosts, Kathy and Dean, are gracious and accommodating. I can't picture a more wonderful place to have a wedding or other memorable event or just a great place to relax and enjoy Colorado.

The Edgewood Inn made our wedding weekend absolutely PERFECT. We already want to return as B&B guests because the home and hospitality is so special! I'll keep this review more brief but definitely head to WeddingWire to see more in-depth reviews if you're planning a wedding and book them ASAP. They have 5 star reviews for a reason — I only wish I could give them more stars because they truly deserve it. Thank you again, Kathy & Dean!

We had my son's wedding at Edgewood Inn last weekend and it was an amazing experience! The inn, the grounds and the views are all spectacular and I can't wait to see the wedding photos! Those of us that had the privilege of staying at the Inn for the weekend were treated like royalty. Dean and Kathy go above and beyond to make everyone comfortable and make every detail perfect! Their home is amazing and I feel so honored that they shared it with all of us. The perfect location for a wedding with the perfect hosts!!

Dean, Kathy - I just wanted to say, never let go of this place. It is a monument to all that I love of Colorado. And as beautiful of a places this is, you two are half of the experience. You took a rag-tag group of Groomsmen and made a wedding out of us. I enjoyed every conversation we had, and felt so very welcome. Everything was above and beyond, thank you. I knew the moment I toured the place that I was going to get married there. This venue is absolutely stunning, the view is gorgeous. Kathy and Dean are amazing hosts super accommodating, Kathy is an excellent cook. This venue was able to house my wedding party, and all my guests were blown away by how spectacular this venue is. This is the perfect place to get married, I highly recommend this venue you will not be disappointed.

My husband and I had our wedding here and it was perfect! We fell in love with the beautiful scenery and location, our family and friends loved it too! Dean went above and beyond for us. He was very accommodating with our decor and he even let my mom borrow his car when our transportation was running late. We highly recommend the Edgewood Inn. Our daughters wedding at the Edgewood Inn could not have turned out better and much of it due to Dean and Kathy. The Inn is incredible and their love and pride for it shows in everyway. The place is in a great location. Close to town but you feel like you are far away and the the views are wonderful. The craftsmanship of the inn is outstanding and Dean and Kathy make you feel at home. They were both so helpful with all of the wedding planning and when they say they have it figured out, you can count on it! I never imagined a venue like theirs and the ability to have so many of our family members

We had the opportunity to go to Edgewood Inn last Sunday and we were completely impressed in every way! Wow! Beautiful and spectacular inside and magnificent Colorado scenery all around outside! Dean and Kathy were very welcoming and hospitable - such a special recharging time! Deb

Kathy and Dean exceeded our expectations in every way! We went to woodland park for a Valentine's Day getaway. The booking process was a breeze, we arrived and were promptly greeted by Kathy. We got upgraded to their bridal suite which was amazing, very private area. We enjoyed a movie in their private movie theater and sat in the steam room. The whole property is amazing. Breakfast in the morning was equally impressive. Thank you two for all of the hospitality, our stay was amazing. Highly recommend!

Ok let's just start by saying the views are amazing ! The owners Dean n Kathy are both very nice people and make you feel at home.The inn really feels like a large warm and welcoming family home will some very comfortable decor n great space.This was my first time to Colorado and I do have to say I loved it and the serenity that you feel up at the inn is quite beautiful and a great stress relief.I had my children with me and it was great experience for them also.Would go back in a minute ! This place is a perfect spot for your wedding with your loved ones close by. Thanks for the memories

Beautiful venue. Way out of the way. Dean the owner is very easy going. Kathy his wife is one of the rudest people I've met, strange she's in the hospitality business. Someone in my wedding party left a charger at the Inn and we were told it was given to Goodwill. I'm salty.

I recently got married at the Edgewood Inn, and I can't say enough great things about it. Not only did our guests keep coming up to us during the wedding and complimenting the venue, but they all loved Dean and Kathy, the owners, and how friendly and helpful they were. The guests couldn't stop talking about how beautiful the view was, as well as the venue itself, and everyone said it was the perfect setting for a Colorado wedding.

We had our wedding here on October 10th and 11th. People can't stop talking about this venue! Other than my bride this place was the star of the show. You just can't ask for a better venue or location. Dean and his wife are amazing the worked so hard to make sure everything was taken care of and that our wedding was flawless!! When you can reserve this venue for 2 days have your family stay and get free breakfast it makes booking a venue for only 6 hours seem crazy! We were able to have our rehearsal dinner here as well which was amazing and saved us a major hassle. Dean brings in extra
