Mr. Newton is Director of Business Development overseeing all aspects of the firm's institutional sales and marketing function. Evan was previously Director of Business Development at Frontier Partners and prior to that was responsible for consultant and client relations at Evanston Capital. He started his career in investment management in San Francisco at Hall Capital and Passport Capital.

Our extensive network and expertise within the industry allow us to identify attractive crop types and acquisition opportunities across the United States in our endless pursuit of stable income and sustainable returns.

While we have historically taken steps to be good stewards of the land we acquire and manage, starting in 2021 we enrolled all our farmland acres with the Leading Harvest Standard, an ESG certification focused on Farmland Management.
