At Fancee Transportation our mission is to transport passengers to and from both their personal & medical appointments in a timely, safe and compassionate manner. We utilize a team of trained, credentialed drivers equipped with clean, carefully maintained vehicles. Through the use of cutting-edge technology, diligent enrollee confirmations and surveys we strive to ensure safety, satisfaction and trust for our passengers.
Our curb-to-curb transportation services are for individuals that do not require assistance from their homes to our vehicles. Our door-through-door ambulatory transportation services are for individuals that are mobile but require assistance from their homes to our vehicles. Transit disabled clients are assured a safe and secure method of transport in our wheelchair accessible vans, that are equipped with proper safety securements.
Nate supervises the daily trip scheduling process. Nate also works as primary liaison to Tripspark Technologies in regards to Fancee's NOVUSMed Scheduling Software & DriverMate fleet software. He is primary trainer of Office Staff on all software. Steve oversees all daily Dispatching operations. Steve also manages all Driver Training & Readiness.
