I have NEVER been so humiliated in my life. I was looking forward to my appointment with Amanda. Amanda was VERY nice and professional. The woman who claims she manages the place messed up my appointment and I was thrown around to another hair stylist. The other hair stylist, Heather, was unprofessional and acted as if she did not want to do my hair, then proceeds to say “well, you know this can cost up to $200.” I know I’m not dressed in Gucci outfits or anything, but my military career pays me well enough to afford a GREAT lifestyle, so spending $200 or more was already expected. I had to search for my daughter and myself for a new hair salon and spa given our current circumstances I had to evaluate so many places. Ambrosia is hands down the most professional salon I’ve ever been too. The staff at the front seat are so friendly and welcoming. Heather was amazing. She is Ian incredibly talented Stylist. She transformed my hair and it looks amazing! If you need your brows done, Theresa is the lady you want to see. She takes her time..a true perfectionist!

My daughter always has great experiences here. Her regular stylist was out and they had an alternative stylist for the same day and time. They made it work and she had just as wonderful experience with the sub. The sub took time to get to know her and what she wanted and asked lots of questions to make sure her cut and style was what she wanted. My daughter can be shy but she kept checking in. She was so nice. Thank you so much for a wonderful encounter. She’s was so pleased.

The staff is amazing!! Starting with Nancy at the front desk, she is always very friendly and always has a smile! Theresa does a fantastic job and takes her time with eyebrow and lip waxing! Ambrosia Salon and my stylist were referred by my sister. Erin does a fantastic job! She does an amazing job with my color, cut, biolage, and styling is fantastic.
