I got my eyebrows waxed here a month or so ago. I'm a diehard threading girl and I'm always skeptical of trying new places. I've had serval bad waxing experiences (someone literally ripped a chuck of my skin out lol) so the idea of getting waxed this time didn't thrill me, but I'm so glad I got my brows done here! Emily is the gentlest human I've ever had. It didn't even hurt when she took the waxing sheet off. I've gotten my eyebrows done every 3 weeks since I was 13, and I've never left an appointment (waxing or threading) without my face red except

Beauty Heroes is a beautiful space to spoil yourself in. I've had the pleasure of two treatments with Emily, she's very knowledgable and talented. Irit is warm and welcoming and I love spending time chatting with both of them. Their product choices are top-notch, I don't have to think about what I'm buying because they've done all the research. You can even recycle lots of items in the store, so drop by and get rid of old razors or toothpaste tubes and take a spin around. You won't regret it. <3

When you first set foot in the Beauty Heroes store you have this sense of ... YES I have arrived. To start it is beautiful, then you start to gaze around at the offerings. Skin, Hair, Body and the list goes on and on they have it all. I will be honest, I really did not understand what clean beauty meant until I met the team at BH. Each product on their shelves is made to not only help your skin and body but help the environment as well. Powerful message and a most perfect delivery. Such great stuff. I am your biggest fan!

Flagship store recently opened in Novato. I have purchased from their online site. They rigid standards for any product they sell. They do custom samples as well. They sold me on maya chias supercritical. Love! They also have a custom monthly box...it is a subscription but a great value. The ladies who helped me were lovely and engaging!

This place is so much more than a clean beauty and wellness destination--it's an experiential playground. From the product flights (sample beautiful products via a flight similar to a wine tasting) to the workshops, you could spend hours here. I loved that many of the brands were new to me and I was able to find new favorites. I can't wait to try their new facials! Beauty Heroes is a must for any beauty lover!

Online shopping can feel so disconnected. The grand opening of the Beauty Heroes store connected the subscription service I love so much with an in store experience that is clearly week thought of to allow you to find products based on your needs... not just a store full of products. Completely in love with the experience, if I lived closer I would be there all of the time! Also, I particularly love that they have a permanent TerraCycle bin for your difficult to take packaging items! #projectbluebeauty

I have subscribed to receive a monthly Beauty Heroes box for years so when I saw that they were opening up a flagship store in downtown Novato I was thrilled! I love their mission of non-toxic and sustainable beauty and their curated products. I am always excited to see what I receive in my box every month. The store which is right next to the new Blue Barn is beautiful and such a welcome addition to downtown Novato. The staff is very knowledgeable and when I visit they always encourage me to try on the products I am interested in. They also offer services such as facials and host in-store events

Beauty Heroes is such a great addition to downtown Novato. It is a beautiful store with kind employees, who are happy to answer questions and find you what you need. They stock healthy cosmetics and skin care with a focus on non-toxic, sustainable formulas. There are products for men as well.
I love that I was able to take a sample home with me to try out before purchasing. I ended up coming back the next week to buy it. I recommended the product to my friend, who also purchased it there. I love the Suntegrity tinted sunscreen for everyday use, instead of a foundation.

My ultimate beauty destination.....I happened by here when stopping for a quick snack on my way home to San Francisco one day and could not believe my luck in finding Beauty Heroes. They have an incredible array of skincare, makeup and wellness and everything in the store is absolutely clean and safe to use, without any harmful chemicals that are found in so many products today. I even picked up a lipgloss for my 8 year old!!!! I’ll be visiting here from San Francisco - it’s a destination in itself.
