Founded in 1965 and based in Fresno, James G. Palmer Appraisals Inc. serves a myriad of clients providing appraisal, consultation and valuation services throughout the State of California - from Sacramento to Bakersfield and from the mountains to the central coast - and beyond. Jim Palmer, his son Gregg and grandson Josh pride themselves on offering independent, specialized appraisal services, tailored to their client's individual needs.
Both Gregg & Jim have extensive experience with special purpose properties. Property types we have appraised include Right of Way, Assessment Districts, Ski Resorts, Golf Courses, Convalescent Hospitals, Education Facilities, Senior Care, Duck Clubs and Water Parks. In recent years, we have cultivated a substantial amount of expertise in affordable housing valuation.

Terrible customer service. I inquired about an appraisal for an assisted living facility and the woman who answered was RUDE! She stated that they don't provide services for residential even though their website clearly states residential. She hung up on me mid sentence. DO NOT call this place if you're looking for quality service.
