Very friendly and helpful staff. They tend to go to lunch any where from 12 to 2 so if you catch them away at lunch they will normaly be back in the office by 2:30

I am setting here along with several others who came to pay their insurance on their payday bit i myself drove all the way from Oklahoma a 2hr drive specifically only to pay ins. and receive ins carda because my girlfriends goles out today so has to be pd today PLUS she has to have her new insurance cards today. Being this place so selfishly only issues insurance cards for a month at a time ITS VERY MORALLY AND ETHICALLY IMPORTANT TO BE OPEN EVERY SINGLE DAY IN WHICH THE HAVE POSTED ON THE INTERNET AND THEIR WEB ADDRESS THAT THEYLL BE OPEN. Awesome place and awesome people. I've been getting my vehicles insurance through here for years. That new girl though, seems to be one of those all business, robot types. Don't much like that, but I can live with it.

This place is trash. Conner is unprofessional, rude, and a general pain to deal with. He refuses to change addresses or do policy updates. Find another place to get your insurance. Baja Insurance has similar rates, and can be paid online.

I really want to take a moment to appreciate Matt, Celeste was very misleading when I called and spoke with her yesterday. She was willing to take and extra 150.00 dollars out of my pocket. I was under the assumption that I was within my policy extension. She not only lied and told me that I had 8 days ( really 10) , and the terminology she used was making me think my account was wayyyyyy overdue. Instead of my 99.00 she was going to raise my policy 150.00 monthly and a down re-down payment of 249.00! Wow, but thank you MATT for knowing your work!! I was able to make my regular monthly payment
