I’ve been using NE services for past 1 an half and the kind of experienced I had in last weeks was very disappointing and end up not going to use there services again..Two weeks back my planned was to be get ready before Christmas because I had family coming home and within five days sns nails got chipped and before that a day when I used there nail service, it’s protection layer was peeled off in few minutes so I went back to redo on nails … agent is like oh it was not dry rather then saying sorry it’s like my fault and not there service defect because when there agent said it’s done

Absolute joke. When I asked for overlay gel nails, the artist looked at me as if I came from another planet. They did not have a base gel, so they had to use mine. I mean, seriously? The artist let me go without giving me a manicure even though I said several times that I need one. He was also crazy annoyed by me and I could see that he was complaining about me to the salon manager. It is a big question for me if he ever actually learned how to do nails because even I could see so many mistakes he made, starting with the uneven form of nails.

Brian was my nail tech and this was my first time getting SNS nails ever. I walked in on a weekday but was told they were busy and the man at the front desk put me down for an appointment for about 2 hours later. He was really polite and friendly, really welcoming to someone who's new to the salon. I showed Brian the photo of the nails I wanted and while they didn't have the exact colors as the photo, he was able to recreate it perfectly with their colors. He was really quick considering I asked for ombre chrome nails with star stickers. I was really pleased with the end result- I waited a couple

Each time I come i am so impressed with their service. The owner is so sweet and always greets me with a smile and my name. They do beautiful work. They are also consistently good at what they do.
