Alex showed true professionalism during the tax season by preparing S-Corp and Personal taxes for me. I was late on filing and he got them done within a week, in an organized manner. He explained thoroughly each page and why. Also was patient with me as I had lots of questions. I recommend Alex as him and his father come with lots of knowledge.

I called up with a tax question and got their voice mail. Ira Rakatansky was on another call, but called back within five minutes. He listened to my question, including the background, and gave a thorough answer as well as proactively giving me related advice on my tax return for next year. He said it was a simple question that didn't take much time to answer, and he wouldn't charge me for that. I found him friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I realize this is a very limited interaction on which to base a review, but I figured it was the least I could do.
