This place is a little hidden gem!

Pretty small but the vibe was great. I loved how the tables are set up, the decor, and the bar area. The bathroom was super cute too lol. The music isn't too loud, which was perfect because you can talk over dinner with no problem, but still vibe out. All in all great ambiance.

We were a bigger group and despite the place being small, they accommodated us without any issues.

Now let's talk about the food and drinks! I got the roasted chicken with cheese ravioli and mushroom sauce. So so good! Smaller portion than I was expecting, but at the end

My friends and I visited on a Thursday night. We were a group of 7 and we called moments before arriving to ask if they could accommodate us. Their long tables are really made for 6 but they were great and able to squeeze in an extra chair for us which we appreciated! The waiter and bartender were good and friendly. We were provided great service on this visit.

I ordered a regular margarita to start and it was good! As an entree, I had the bbq baby back ribs and their potatoes with mayo. The food was a large portion so I was able to take some home. The food was really good- I would definitely

Great restaurant in the area. The ambience is nice and rather cozy. They purchased the spot next door to them so they have a larger dinner area and outdoor section. However, because it was slow that area wasn't open and they just use the main space. The service is good. The lady we have was super attentive. Food was good.

It's my 8th times here.
They expanded their restaurant. I am happy for them, but they really need to make both side sync.
It's totally different thing and a really bad idea.
The bar side can order drinks and apps.
The dining side which is the new side can only order wines and apps and entrees. Already disappointed that we can't order cocktails there coz their cocktails are so good!
The 2nd disappointment was the octopus. They change the dish of octopus coz it is in the different side. That doesn't make any sense....

Me and my girlfriend love coming here, the food is spectacular, the service is great and the atmosphere is just extremely pleasant. Even their bathrooms are really nice lol. It's not a cheap place to eat at but you definitely get your moneys worth. They also have a really great selection of beers, alcohol and cocktails. I highly recommend their filet mignon appetizer, and their stuffed clams appetizer. Both are delicious and extremely. For the entrees you can't go wrong with a risotto, all of their risottos are great and if you're into lamb chops they are fantastic as well. This

The staff was super nice and attentive, the ambiance is definitely set for a good 1st date or even an anniversary. The drinks were tasty but a little pricey but the happy hour makes up for the prices. Food was really good I was super upset I forgot my doggy bag. Would definitely go back.

Food was fresh and cocktails were strong, staff was accommodating and friendly, and they even had vegan options, I highly recommend!

Good service. Food is tasty and worth the price. Take your date there.
My only complaint is that the seating itself is not so comfortable and too short for the bar.

Came to Q'tal for a friends birthday. I have heard good things about the place and glad I was finally going to get the first hand experience. We got the burrata app, and some truffle fries. Both were very good and since I am not a vinegar fan, the lemon sauce over the burrata was a welcomed touch. For my entree I got a strip steak with roasted potatoes (with onion & bacon). The steak had a garlic type sauce served over it. I usually don't like saucing steak, but it was actually very tasty and found myself dragging the potatoes over the residual sauce. Q' Tal is a pleasant surprise. My husband and I were in the neighborhood and decided to try this restaurant. This eye catching and inviting restaurant is great place for a date , for drinks (the Caipirinhas are amazing) or just to chill. We had the Charcuterie Board as an appetizer and we could not stop eating. I had the short rib crostini which was amazing and my husband and the ribs. Q'TAL is an amazing and one of kind experience.

This place was a surprise !! Everything was delish not one dish we didn't like. They also made a phenomenal capirinia which is hard to make. This was a really great experience they even had live music playing in the back ground I would highly recommend this place for dates

We went during the labor day weekend. Not too many costumes. The service is very good and they have great cocktails! The foods are on the pricier side but totally worth it. The outdoor seating is nice too. Will come back.

This has been on my go-to list for a long while and expectations were high, so I was kinda nervous when we made our way there for dinner this evening. Would it live up to expectations?

My trepidation was completely uncalled for. Everything about this place ticks all the boxes - interesting food that is complex without being fussy - tasty and well-plated - attentive but non-intrusive service (the waitress was lovely), a sweet outdoor patio, and excellent serving-ware (even the little espresso coffee spoons were cute). The euro pop music coming out of the outdoor speaker was perfect for the setting

Janaina is a good waitress. I was a little disappointed with the menu's limitation. I was in this restaurant a year ago. The menu was cut to 80% I believe. But I know Covid caused this. The options were Feijoada or shrimp in pumpkin. We decided on Feijoada.

We tried their brunch menu. The food was extremely tasty and wholesome. Service was excellent, we had the outdoors area to ourselves but were checked in on the right amount of times. They did forget to bring us cutlery but no biggie. The cutlery table was nearby and we helped ourselves to a set once food was served.
I had their purple rain cocktail and can see what the hype is all about - it was a perfect balance of gin, lime juice and cane sugar.

All in all, great brunch! I can see parking being a hassle but this place is worth that pain. Can't wait to go back to taste the rest of their

Nice spot, the service spoke for itself and the room was lit very well. I was in attendance on a rainy day so there was street parking. The happy hour had me enthused about the drinks and RIGHTFULLY so. The Margaritas are cute little drinks that pack a wallop. Very nice spot for a date night.

This place is fairly small. We made reservations and when we got there we were the only ones. The server was attentive and nice. The food was great. Everyone in our party enjoyed their dish.

I definitely recommend the octopus. Definitely will return.

The desserts are FIVE star!!! The creme brûlée and the Belgium chocolate were amazing!!!!!!

The food... food is 3 star- maybe even 2 because of the attached price tag. I have had gourmet luxury food at some of the top restaurants with similar price tags. Worth the price, which this one was NOT. Presentation of the food was great. Do yourself a favor, share an app, share a plate, and indulge in the dessert.

Seriously- LOVE the dessert here such a fantastic flavor.

Great food and good service. Olives to start are amazing with there bread. Crab cake could have been cooked a bit harder as the inside was a bit loose. The cheese and steak was amazing. Cheese sauce could also be a bit thicker. It's a beautiful place

Me and a friend planned to meet here for dinner and drinks. I made reservations via telephone. When I arrived I was lucky to find parking right by the restaurant, because parking is bad in that area. When I walked in I was greeted by the manager and asked if I had reservations. I told her yes and she sat us down. We were served by Rae and she was awesome and very attentive.

We started with bread and boy this has got to be the best bread basket. It was fresh and soft and hot. It was so tasty. We also ordered a pitcher of sangria and it was very good. For our appetizers we got impossible sliders

This is the best place in kearny so far! I've developed a serious addiction to their food
