Delta Glass Co. was founded in 1953 by Nelson Palmer. Kenneth Frost later joined Palmer as a partner in the business. The business was originally located on Main Street, only one block east of our current location at 3005 East Main Street. In 1970, Palmer's son Mark joined the firm after serving an apprenticeship in the trade and took over his father's portion of the business when he retired in 1983.
Soon after, Frost's son, Ken assumed his father's role in the firm. The company suffered a big loss when Ken Jr., died unexpectedly in 2011. Palmer retired in 2015 selling his business to long time trusted manager, Jennifer Sutherlin and her family members. Palmer stays involved with Delta Glass as a consultant and advisor.

The installers arrived on time, they were quick, clean and professional--yet still friendly and listened to my concerns. The windows look great and are of better quality than ones I had previously installed by another company a few years ago. When it comes time to do my bathroom remodel I'm going to have them do my shower enclosure! Highly recommend!

Delta glass installed new windows in my mom's duplex recently. They were very professional and timely in getting us an estimate. Big shout out to Delta Glass Co for being communicative and responsive. I called to have my garage window replaced. They communicated that it may be awhile. However, they called back and informed me that Chris was in the area. Chris was able to fix it right away! I am thankful to Delta Glass Co for being available to fit me in same day!

We had our windows broken out by thieves. Called them up got a quote. Was trying to schedule a date to install. Called three days ago. First day I called twice within a five hours. The second time I called that day was about 4 pm the lady kinda made me feel like I was bugging them. So I did not call all day the next day. No call from delta glass. Day three website says they open at 8 am. Been calling for an hour. Nobody picks up. I don't know what is going on with this company. They came highly recommended. I'll let the people know who recommended them that they are unreliable. Thanks

A pet peeve of mine is punctuality and reliability. They kept in touch and were always rapidly responsive to my requests. They were always on time and arrived with a welcoming and huge smile.

Delta Glass is the company to call! I had windows that I expected would have to be replaced, and when they came out I was told that they could be repaired. And not only repaired, but the cost was way less than I expected! The part was ordered, it came in the next business day, and the following day it was installed in the morning. I cannot say enough good things about this company. We will call them for all our glass needs!
