We are a full-service law firm, serving clients throughout California, Washington and Texas. The Firm is premised upon a single goal - to provide our clients with extraordinary and personalized service through dedicated and experienced attorneys who are not only well-versed in the law, but also know how to effectively and efficiently manage our clients' needs.
Unlike other firms, one-size-fits-all management is not our mantra, as no two matters require the same approach. Each matter is offered a unique evaluation and recommendation for resolution (whether that be by way of mediation, arbitration, or trial). We seek to avoid the pitfalls that befall clients stuck in the maze of large, corporate-minded law firms who do not respect nor understand their clients' unique needs or expectations.

Mr. Meyer uses his extensive background in business and real estate litigation to assist clients with avoiding the pitfalls of unknowingly walking into exposure and liability, whether that be as part of a merger or acquisition, a real estate deal, or even day-to-day business operations (like contract drafting, negotiation or disputes).
Benjamin Koegel's practice focuses primarily on civil litigation, with particular emphasis in business, construction, real estate and insurance litigation.
Benjamin has successfully represented the likes of national real estate developers, general contractors, subcontractors and design professionals, as well as international insurance companies, in helping navigate through the litany of pitfalls that can arise throughout the pendency of a construction project.
