We are an elderly couple. We started with PRP at Coastal Med Spa early 2020 and the results have been amazing. I had an injury to my knee that even after surgery was not responding. Due to PRP treatments my knee is functioning very well. The staff at Coastal Med Spa is so helpful and informative to help you along the way. I went to Coastal Medi Spa with Tennis Elbow. After receiving plasma injections, I NO LONGER suffer with pain and discomfort. If you’ve ever had tennis elbow you know what I’m talking about. The girls in the office are very professional, friendly and made me feel so comfortable. Anna seems to be an amazing person and I loved my experience with Coastal. The office is nice and clean.

This place is a mess, they used my sister's nursing license illegally, forged her signature for consent on countless documents, the head of the show, Anna Ferrara, is only certified as a nail technician, to run a place like hers requires much more education. Not to mention, she has damaged so many faces including my sister's, this place needs to be shut down immediately!

Got great treatment and service at Coastal Med Spa. Went for my first appointment at the Merritt Island location. The office is upstairs and there are two doors for the office but the Spa side is clearly marked so no problem there.
Anna talked to me, asked me questions, listened to what I was wanted and then discussed treatment. She was thorough and careful, masked and gloved as was the whole office.

Amazing office and staff. Professional and highly trained. Please make sure you show up at the right side of the building on Merritt Island and give them a chance. For the client who posted poor customer service by not being recognized upon entry was clearly at the wrong office, which was demonstrated in other pictures she had posted. Remember that our small local businesses need our support so make sure your ratings are based on actual experience at that particular office. I've been to several similar businesses that offer these services and have found Anna and Christina at Coastal Med

Today I had a 12:30 appointment at the office in Merritt Island. I waited until 1pm, noting the sign on the office window that said they were closed for lunch until 1:15. I then get a text at 12:58 that said "sorry we missed you, please call to reschedule." I replied- I've been here for 30 minutes!! Two people who worked here saw me sitting here 15 minutes ago and didn't acknowledge me. I walked out at 1pm, after replying to the text and hearing nothing back.
