More than just a health center, Dr. Vallangeon strived to make Lower Lights a Christian-based medical home, a place where patients could go for whole-person care and spiritual wellness.

Very Rude in the billing department. Don't give you any information on your bills, don't send bills so you always get a surprise bill when you show up to your appointment. I said I'd like a record and they respond we don't have any updates and we can't send you a bill. Always a run around one person says I don't have any bills then another says I have to pay a bill. NOTHING BUT CROOKS!

I read some of the reviews on here (the not so good ones) and I totally disagree. I had lost my health insurance suddenly and unexpectedly a few years ago and I had never been without insurance. Instant panic. I’m on life sustaining medication so I was sure I’d just die. Luckily I had a friend who led me to Lower Lights Christian Health Center. And Although the office was extremely small. They made it work smoothly and have since then relocated to a much larger space . I went for my appointments at the office connecting to Mt. Carmel West Hospital. It was very nice and the exam rooms were better

I am getting treatment since 8 years, the NP are really nice and professionals. The management is really very slow and unprofessionals. I am unable to get my medication on time. I am a diabetic/blood pressure and mental health patient. I visited my doctor yesterday and today I am unable to get my Insulin pens because my insurance CareSource did not receive my right dose of insulin. Now Kroger pharmacy says Sorry, we can not refill, you have to wait. Now I will be staying 2 days without insulin.

I have been a patient at Lower Lights Christian Health Center for several years. They have been a God send to me since I relocated to the Columbus area and started over with a new Health Care Team. The employees are friendly and committed to the mission. Not only have I received the services I needed like medical, vision, pharmaceutical and counseling in one location, but much needed support and encouragement from the staff during my visits to the center.

I made my appointment for my COVID vaccine online and the process was fast and easy. Once I got to the place to receive my shot, things moved quickly and efficiently. Everybody was very nice and they staff explained things to me. They scheduled me for my follow up shot. The whole process took about 20-25 minutes which includes the 15 minutes you have to wait to make sure you don’t have a reaction. Overall, it was a great experience!

I can not tell you how much I did not want to get this vaccine so I was obviously not feeling the greatest about it (I won't take an aleve unless someone makes me). By the time I left I wanted to sit down and have lunch with the entire staff. What an awesome group of people. Efficient process, well organized and proactively communicative - just awesome. Thank you
