I'm Ryan, a Louisiana-based nutrition and fitness coach and creator of High Noon. I've been working in and committed to the health and fitness industries for the last 15 years, sharing my knowledge and experience with people who are truly ready to lead a healthier life.

Whether it's a desire to lose weight (no matter the number), reduce the risks for disease, learn how to eat healthy during pregnancy and post-partum, or simply to stop running the coffee pot at 4 p.m. - I can help you find the most flourishing season of your life yet.
High Noon NOW is a 3-week in-person intensive course designed to empower, educate & excite you to live your best & healthiest life! Each week, we'll be talking everything nutrition, weight loss, meal planning & more, so you can have more energy, decrease your risk of disease & live a fuller, more healthful life!.
I BELIEVE that with quality whole foods (and a little movement) we can fuel our bodies physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually for a positively changed (and lengthened) life. I BELIEVE everyone's relationship with food is unique; therefore every individual needs a thoughtful approach and personalized plan.
High Noon Nutrition offers in-person nutrition coaching, nutrition plans and fitness training tailored to fit your lifestyle and wellness goals. Our work together begins with a discovery consultation and body analysis. This is an opportunity for "real" talk and honesty about your current lifestyle and health status.
With High Noon's coaching, I've learned that I can make small changes that will make a difference and this it actually IS possible to lose weight without having to starve myself or workout hardcore. Ryan is an excellent health coach, living what she shares with others. She understands the importance of staying current in the field, and has an evidence-based philosophy toward both nutrition and exercise.
