It's important to stay on top of your beautiful new hair style or body treatment amd skin care regimen, so we suggest that you book your next appointment before you leave that way you will be sure to get your favorite time or day. When you come to our Salon & Spa you will be greeted by our Receptionist, she will then ask if you would like anything to drink, we offer wine, organic tea, coffee or filtered water.
NOTE: All perms do not include Cut Design, Long thick hair will always have an additional price. Prices above should act as a guideline exact quote do require a consult. NOTE: Color service rates will be determined by thickness and length of your hair, prices may vary. Brazilian Blow Out service starts at $175 for chin length hair and $25 for every cap full thereafter.

Candi and her team blew me away with my hair and make up for my wedding. They took my vision and turned it into a reality I didn't even think possible. They are fun and professional and do such a great job. They made me feel like an absolute princess on my big day. I HIGHLY recommend Candi and her awesome team of stylist!

I have been going to this salon for about 11 years now, so I guess you could say I am overdue to write a review. Barb is my hair stylist and she is fantastic. I always leave very happy with my cut and color. She is a good listener, while also having the expertise to explain when it may take more than one appointment to achieve the look I want. You really won't find a more warm or kind person. With that said, I have seen a lot of interactions over the years and all the stylists who work at Trinity are professional, kind and exactly who you want to entrust with your hair. I literally could not be happier with Candi and her team at Trinity Salon and Spa. My mother and grandmother have become close with Candi and the girls at her salon, so of course we had to have them do our hair and makeup for my big day!
I got married at the Marriott Syracuse Downtown so we got to utilize the bridal suite to get ready. First of all... Candi and the girls on her team are not only amazing with what they do but also SO much fun to be around, which made all the difference on my big day. (They even offered to do other guests who were stayed at the hotel and wanted their hair done)

I had a great experience with the whole team at Trinity. I've had countless less than stellar experiences with other stylist over the years so I am always skeptical starting a new. My stylist Calli was amazing! She made sure I was comfortable the whole time and knew exactly what she was doing so we wouldn't have any miscommunications or panic moments on my half. My hair turned out better than I expected! Every client that was there when I was seemed very satisfied with their services and the whole team worked together to help each other which was nice and made me more comfortable. in

I was looking for a salon in Syracuse and stumbled across Trinity, and I'm so glad I did! Tara gave me one of the best haircuts I ever had and my first Brazilian Blow Out. It was such a great experience! Tara made me feel so comfortable and really talked me through what to expect with the blow out. I have gotten so many compliments on my new haircut :) I will definitely be going back!

I actually just came on here to get Trinity's phone number, but I feel compelled to write a review after reading the only review posted here. I too had a massage with Megan, and it was the best massage I've ever had! She put warm blankets (maybe it was a heating pad?) on my back while she worked my legs, which was a nice touch, and her technique was awesome. Yes, some areas were slightly uncomfortable while she was working on them, but if you've ever gotten a good, proper massage before then you know that that is necessary to work out knots. Awesome job.

I got a massage here with Megan. It was definitely not the best service or massage I have gotten. The woman working at the reception desk was not attentive, and the massage was sub-par. She left me waiting in the room for a long time after I got undressed, and the massage was not very relaxing. I left with more aches and pains then I came with, and the massage therapist was very aggressive with her massage techniques. I will not come here again.
