Madison, CT. Monte and his team did some cleaning, waterproofing, and repointing the first time they came. They subsequently sealed an unused chimney vent that was the source of a small recurrent leak and that problem is now gone. He also installed a nice chimney cap and the fireplace is venting well.

Monte did a great job cleaning and inspecting my chimney and woodstove. I left a message for a cleaning which was promptly returned in a couple hours. Monte is very accommodating with times for booking a cleaning. He scheduled my appt within a week. He was right on time with my appointment, He was very neat with the cleaning, and performed a very professional job. Monte showed up a few minutes early to our appointment and did a thorough cleaning. He looked at both chimneys (we have two fireplaces) and said the second one looked fine, since we only use it a few times a year, so he didn't need to clean it. Grateful to not pay more when we didn't need to! Highly recommended and we plan to use this company from this point forward.
