Most air conditioners have their capacity rated in BTUs, or British Thermal Units. A BTU is, generally, the amount of heat required to raise the temperature of one pound of water one degree F. Specifically, a BTU is 1,055 joules, but the first definition is easier to understand in real-life terms. One "ton", in heating and cooling terms, is 12,000 BTUs.

The man they sent was well skilled and informed. I am a disabled general contractor and inspector, I know a good company when I see it and we got along just fine. They will be the ones I will call when I need their expertise; after all, I can't know everything! Some companies resent a client who also knows what he's talking about, but not these guys. Well done!

I called Ben Maines after hours because my daughters a/c quit. I told them she had three children five and under and could l get some help. Within ten minutes Mark called and l told him my needs. Within an hour Mark was there and didn’t take long he had me fixed up. Mark was very professional and kind. I have used Ben Maines many times and they do a good job. Thank you Mark for taking care of my grandkids.

They were awesome! I expected them not to be out for a couple days but they were there the next day! The service man was extremely helpful and professional! Any questions I had he couldn’t answered he asked and responded in a very timely manner! 10/10 will be recommending them/ using them again.

Let's say if I could they would have Ten stars!!! They are so Honest and timely!! But also they do it right the first time!!!!!!! We have had others and I'm not saying names. But they came out we were having air conditioning problems our system was not working. So they other guys came out had to just sit and wait all day no time was given just they will be out some time that day. They did call right before they came. They looked tested and the other guys said ohhh you have to just get a whole new outside and inside units!!! Thousands of bucks!!!!!!!! I don't have that!!!!! I called
