Lizzy Dugan has been a Hair and Makeup Artist since 1999 working in all aspects of the beauty industry. Having been trained in New York City, Toronto, and Buffalo she works both in the salon and as a Freelance Artist. Lizzy specializes in hair and makeup styling, bridal parties, commercial styling, fashion photography, editorial and runway work.
An abundance of her work has been featured and published in both local and international print. She also plays a key role as a Makeup Artist for Mercedes Benz of Buffalo Fashion Week along with Mercedes Benz Fashion Week NYC. Services include haircutting, styling, coloring and smoothing treatments.

Beautifying an average of 100 bridal parties per year, over a decade of experience and trendsetting vision, Elizabeth has created a luxurious space that offers bridal parties the ultimate in sophisticated beauty elegance. Salon Elizabeth provides full service hair, makeup and nails in an opulent setting.
Salon Elizabeth specializes in creating the perfect look for each member of your bridal party. Accordingly, our prices will vary as our designs are personalized to create a custom style that will make you feel most beautiful and comfortable on your special day. All prices include the use of our private bridal suite and marble garden patio.
We are a private house rental located next to Salon Elizabeth with a focus on wedding parties. Our space can be rented out for other occasions too, such as ladies nights, book club, meetings, photo shoots and beyond! It can be rented out for the night, half days, full days and hourly. At Blanc Silk, our rental rates include use of full house, outside property and gardens for you to enjoy!

Salon Elizabeth provided make up services for my wedding this past March and I could not have been happier! The salon was highly recommended to me by my husband, Andy Buscemi, who is a local wedding photographer and has worked alongside Lizzy Dugan and her incredible staff at many weddings. I could not have asked for more! Lizzy did my hair and makeup for my Sunday wedding (even though she's closed on Sunday) and it was absolutely amazing. In the lead up to the wedding she was quick with communication and so kind- I'm always worried that hair and makeup people are going to judge me because it's not my thing, but it seems like there is not an ounce of judgment in her body! I don't live in Buffalo, so I decided not to do a trial. So many people told me this was a horrible idea, and maybe it would be with some MUA's, but not Lizzy. She took exactly what I asked

Elizabeth and her team are phenomenal! They did my rehearsal/wedding day hair and makeup, as well as my bridal party (12 services total) - everything turned out so beautifully! I attached a photo of the "Viking/Game of Thrones" braid I requested for my rehearsal, my wedding updo, and my wedding makeup. What really blew me away is not only her talent, but also the amazing environment she has created for her clients. Elizabeth and her team set a great tone for our wedding. I believe they provided about 20 services total for about 12 close family members and bridesmaids, including hair and make up. They stayed on time, navigated requests and were so calm and patient, and their work was beautiful. I am so glad I picked this team for the most special day of my life. I went to Salon Elizabeth in Elma (less than a minute off the 400) for my bridal trial and her entire team came out to the Hotel Lafayette to take care of me, 5 bridesmaids, 3 mom's/aunts, and 2 flower girls. First of all, stepping into Salon Elizabeth is such a treat. So much natural light and views of nature and the entire ambiance is so feminine and boutique. Lizzy is just the nicest and down to earth person and really listened to my vision about how I wanted to look on my special day- she has the talent to make it reality.
