Then I received a nasty phone call from your manager having no manners talking to me the way she did. Unhappy with the way she communicated with me. LOVE DOLCE! Their staff and injectors are top notch. Can’t recommend Steph enough! She will never overfill and will give really good advice on what’s needed/what I shouldn’t do. And she is hysterical! You ever go to a new hair stylist or something and can’t manage to hold a convo? Not with her - I’ve convinced multiple friends to go see her because she’s great at what she does & she’s so easy to talk to/relatable making it a fun experience. And she kills it with the dental numbing blocks making lip fillers essentially painless. *other med spas should take note: topical numbing doesn’t

Have been getting IPL for years and this was the worst experience I had. I had my chest done and there was no procedure prep. I actually had to ask if I needed to remove my top, and no cleaning of the area was done. The procedure took literally five minutes and the "nurse" said she could not include the neck area even though I had confirmed before the appointment that was included. Total waste of money.

Met Marta a few weeks ago for the first time for Botox and she was extremely nice and friendly. She took the time to explain everything to me as well as my friend who accompanied me and had questions about different procedures that Dolce Vida offers. This is absolutely the best medical spa I have ever been to. For starters, they have the best prices in all of the NYC Metro Area. They have the best and newest machines/procedures. And the staff is amazing! Aside from being friendly, they are knowledgeable and honest. Not sure what other posters mean but I have NEVER been "upsold" on anything. If anything, I've been told I don't need certain procedures even after making the appointment (by Scott). I booked an IPL and Venus Viva to remove sun damage and my skin responded so well to the IPL that he advised me to save the extra

I went to this Med Spa for the first time today and met Scott who was my injector. I was originally there for Belafill until Scot introduced me to a newer longer lasting product called Alofill (I spelled that wrong) which lats 7 years instead of 5 like the Belafill. Of course these time frames are not written in stone which I am well aware of but I am all about the longer lasting the better. Scott explained everything in detail and made me feel very comfortable with my decision to get this done. I went to the Norwalk location and it was the worst!! The tech was very unprofessional!! The first tech I dealt with was late to see me and not very knowledgeable of her product or the office!! The second tech I saw b/c the first one was fired, again very unprofessional left me waiting for 20 minutes to then come out to the waiting area & tell me her computer was down! Which was a lye b/c someone else in the office told me she was giving a treatment! After being fed up with this place, I call to speak to the owner and was told he would get back to me, never did!
