EB Advisors is a full-service employee benefits solutions company. We work closely with mid-size (51 to 250 employees) and larger employers (251 and more employees where self-funded is often the preferred option). We assist the client in developing comprehensive employee benefits programs to help them attract quality employees and retain them.
To hold the selling, service and distribution of health, financial and retirement security products and services as a professional and a public trust and to do all in our power to maintain its prestige. To respect our clients' trust in us, and to never do anything which would betray their trust or confidence.
We make the complicated simple. We understand the differences between the carriers and their contracts so the client doesn't have to. 2. We ask questions about the client's situation and listen to understand the issues and frustrations around these concerns. We probe further to get clarity and agreement about the concerns.
It is no big secret that companies who are freely open to change and new ideas are in a better position to attract and retain employees than ones that don't. We are looking to partner with those companies that do not operate under the "Status Quo." We do our best work when we partner with companies that have creative and innovative management who are open to the possibility of something better.
