I have been creating happy spaces since I was seven years old when my father helped me paint my bed white with lavender spindles. I selected lavender mini blinds to match and a gum ball dispensing lamp. My unique room felt good! My goal is the same today: to create happy, unique, rooms that feel good for my clients.

Services
This is a turn-key service, AKA the whole enchilada. We will manage your furnishings project from concept to completion. I manage your remodel project from concept to procurement. Then we collaborate with our general contractors and trade professionals to see your project to completion. This is a hands-on service for those who want a designer's eye and are willing to do the ordering and installation.
Depending on the number of rooms and the complexity of the project; we will create your design plan in 6-12 weeks. We charge a flat fee for the design plan and an hourly fee for phase two which includes procurement, project collaboration, and furnishings installation. We have accounts with vendors that are to the trade and we offer the best pricing possible.

We have hired Holly for three large projects. We hired her to design/reimagine our downstairs living areas and master bathroom and work with our general contractor to make that happen. We also hired her to purchase all of our furniture and accessories to fit our family. We got Holly's service recommended from our realtor to sell our house. The service is beyond horrible. Holly is out of touch and has no understanding of staging for houses to sell. Holly insulted us and my wife were so upset. We did the opposites of Holly's recommendation and we sold our house for $20K above listed price. We told the realtor to stop using Holly service since we don't want others to have the same horrible service.

We worked with a designer before we worked with Holly and I can say that working with Holly was a completely different experience. From the initial conversation, it was clear Holly was attentive to our needs and vision. She listened to, and asked pointed questions which were effective to drawing out the small details. I never felt that she was creating our design for her space rather she was bringing our vision to life. We were always the priority.
