Been a customer since the 1980s. The quality of their work has always been outstanding and without peer.
Many times, my clothing has come back looking at least as good as new, if not better.
The staff is always friendly and professional. Most importantly, they take the time to LISTEN to their customers.
Wish I could give them more than 5 stars. They have earned as high a rating as we can give them.

I've used Kraft for a while now. Their quality is great and I love their pick up and delivery service. It's one less thing I have to worry about getting done each week. Every Monday and Thursday I either leave a bag out or get my clean clothes back. Thanks Kraft!

Update: I gave them one more try because they are so close to my house. They could not guarantee two shirts could be cleaned and pressed before 4.5 days had passed (Monday 7am drop-off and earliest pickup Friday after 5pm). Downgraded to one star for timeliness.
Bad dry cleaning, bad alterations... I left a few items for dry cleaning and alteration here. The alteration they did somewhat well. But the store does not have a fitting room so I had to guess and tell them how much to alter the hem of my pants based on how I remember them fitting before. The dry cleaning of a suit was left out hanging

I love Kraft! They've been doing our dry cleaning for two years and always do a great job. Recently they went totally above and beyond after a waitress at Green spilled tomato soup all over me (that's a story for another review...) and my white leather Chanel tote was stained. Not only did the bag turn out flawless, they even rushed it at no charge as I was heading out on vacation. Thanks Kraft for fabulous service as always!

When I came to San Antonio I needed to find laundering services and a dry cleaner that was willing to pick up and deliver my clothes. A co-worker told me about Kraft Professional Dry Cleaning and I started using their services. I liked that Daryle was doing his best to make his customers happy. Ever since then he has always been on time and the clothes have been perfectly cleaned, steamed and ready to wear.

I tried Kraft Cleaners and found the employees to be very rude and disrespectful. I called to speak with the manager and again found the employee that answered the phone to be rude demanding why I wanted to speak with the manager before transferring me finally I just left my phone number. To the managers credit she did call me right back and spoke with me about my complaint and said she would have the owner call me concerning this matter. I waited several hours without receiving a return call from the owner concerning his employees rude and disrespectful attitude. I find it hard to believe Kraft

My favorite dry cleaning company! Always do a great job and never let me down! Their same day dry cleaning service is exactly what I need. I don't have time for laundering and ironing my clothes and I need someone I can rely on.
